Lunch review

We had a wonderful buffet lunch at Saromaria Hotel with friends! Everything was delicious, and we especially appreciated the excellent service from Chef Tsehay Worku. She was so welcoming, friendly, and made our experience even more enjoyable. We definitely enjoyed our time and will be back again!

To the Management and Staff of Saro-Maria International Hotel,
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience during my recent stay. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The refreshment service was always prompt and delightful, and I was consistently impressed by the kind and supportive attitude of both the managers and waiters, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
However, I wish to extend a special note of gratitude to Mis Arsema, the room service cleaner on the 7th floor. Her integrity is truly commendable. Having left my phone outside my room, I only realized it was missing after some time. Yet, Mis Arsema, having found it during her cleaning, knocked on my door over 30 minutes later to return it safely. Her honesty, respect, and kindness are a credit to your hotel. Thank you for employing such a trustworthy individual. I look forward to my next visit.
