We just needed a place to sleep for a few days before flying elsewhere, the place is small but it was fine.
We did not try the pool, which is not included.
WiFi did not work

me and my bf loved staying at this place! the location is pretty convienient, close to the station and only a couple minutes away from the mall. view from the window is pretty and the condo is beautifully decorated, perfect for two people. only complaint would be the size of the bathroom, but otherwise everything was fine! bonus was that the condo always smelt amazing whenever we walked in lolz . beautiful place, would def reccomend

Great Condominium!

Last month I went to Manila to visit my girlfriend, now my fiancee, and stayed at Field Residences, Building 8, 5th Floor, Section B. I had a great time during my two weeks there! The apartment was rented out by the owner as an AirBnB, and my fiancee and I were accommodated quite well.
The unit was spacious, with two bedrooms and a bathroom in between. There was a problem with the toilet leaking, but the host got it repaired ASAP and afterward it functioned as well or better than before. The kitchen and dining combo included a cooking surface, albeit no oven in which to bake, plate ware, drinking glasses, and utensils, a refrigerator, and dining table with seating for four. Air conditioning was provided for all rooms except the bathroom, which had a door to the main bedroom for easier access during the night. Included in the bathroom was a clothes washer and spin dryer, although you still need to hang clothes out to dry on the balcony, which has a drying rack provided. There was also a small table with two chairs in case one wants to dine out there, but I'll be honest: it's far too hot to do that during the day.
There is a large swimming pool at Field Residences. The fee for a day's use is 300 pesos per person, and you have to buy the pool ticket during business hours at the office.
The place was overall clean and well maintained. There is construction going on there, because new buildings are going up to expand the residences, which is good! It means there is growing demand for housing there.
Field residences is right next door to SM City Mall, which is located inside two buildings connected by an enclosed walkway on the second floor. It has about everything you'll need for shopping, including a full size grocery market, and there's also a movie theater where you can watch the latest releases. You can walk there in just a couple of minutes and spend all day at the mall!
If you're staying in Manila or plan to retire there, I highly recommend Field Residences.
