Out of 4 rooms rented, one was decent
For the other 3, water leaks in the bathroom, soaked carpet, bloodstains in the bathroom, no A/C.

TRASH HOTEL.

Probably the worst experience we have had in a hotel. For five days, we suffered a constant succession of problems that were never resolved satisfactorily. All of this for a group of 46 students and 2 teachers.
The rooms had issues from the very beginning: nonexistent or broken air conditioning, unbearable temperatures, non-functioning drains, and rooms that were practically uninhabitable. Instead of solving the problems, the hotel kept moving us to different rooms only to encounter new deficiencies.
The organization was a complete disaster. There were errors in room assignments, overbooking situations, hours of waiting to access the rooms, and promises that were never fulfilled. We even found that rooms we had been assured would be available were still occupied when we returned to the hotel.
The general conditions of the establishment were unworthy of a hotel: lack of air conditioning in common areas, constant presence of mosquitoes, broken fans, deteriorated facilities, and very poor cleanliness.
The most concerning thing was that during our stay, a fire occurred in one of the air conditioning towers, very close to one of the group's rooms. Despite the seriousness of the incident, the hotel's response was clearly insufficient.
To top it off, we found spoiled milk in the kitchen and had to personally alert the staff to prevent it from being used.
The worst part was not the breakdowns, but the feeling of abandonment. After continuous complaints throughout the stay, the problems persisted until the last day, and the attention received was completely insufficient. It is hard to understand how an establishment can offer this level of service, especially when hosting school groups. Certainly, we will not return and we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worse night ever!!!

Do not ever stay here!!! A tent outside would be quieter!!! I'm writing this review at 0237AM because I have NOT been to sleep!!! I'm in room 303 and the ignorant guests up the halls are having a convention in their room!!! I would not feel safe to ask them to quiet down nor call the front desk for help as a phone in the riom to call for assistance is NOT an amenity here!!!! I repeat DO Not Stay Here!!!

Never again

Been here with a traveling party. On arrival a buffet which was not to eat. Breakfast simple, rooms simple. Upon returning early in the evening there is no coffee or anything else to get. Staff at the desk unfriendly.

Not worthy of a hotel!

First of all that there is no possibility to have coffee or something to drink in the evening when you come back from the exhausting day! Then put a vending machine in the hall where passengers can grab a drink for a fee.
And possibly a display case where you can buy beer ox another drink
In the rooms no possibility to make something yourself or small fridge where you can put drinks.
So for us never no Ibis Hotel.
The hot food on the first day wasn't worth the money either. So there is still a lot for you to improve and be more customer friendly!
