Atypical and endearing place!

Great discovery for a simple, quality, and inexpensive dinner. The owner is really interesting, passionate about history. This will remain a beautiful memory.

Oh la la

We arrive, no one to welcome us. I go to the kitchen and ask the question: can we have lunch?
In response: Yes
The owner shows me a set table. We settle in. After a certain time, we are asked what we would like to drink...
5 minutes later, the requested carafe of water is brought to us, then nothing for 15 minutes...
Then we are served a generous appetizer (too much)
Then more waiting to bring us the main dish, which is also generous (too much)
In fact, one of the two would have sufficed, but since the question was not asked...
That being said, it is quite good, but the owner is too gruff to want to return.

Une véritable catastrophe
Literie linge de plus de 30 ans
Jamais vu cela c’est même incompréhensible que de tels établissements puissent encore être ouvert en 2021
Aucunes normes aucuns respect des gestes barrières …
Le patron est comme la bâtisse hors d’âge

Simple mais bon. Cuisine faite sur place et qu'un plat par jour, ce qui fait le charme de ce restaurant. Décoration rustique mais très propre. Patron bourru au début mais avenant au fur et a mesure...

Alles stinkt

Een hele oude herberg, al ruim 100 jaar in de familie. Het lijkt erop dat de meubels / bedden er ook al 100 jaar staan. Wij kregen een kamer toegewezen op ongeveer 50 meter verderop. Ook daar een hele oude inrichting. Bij binnenkomst in de hal al een vieze muffe geur. Op de kamer was de stank nog erger, muf, schimmel. Terwijl de gedateerde "badkamer" er wel schoon uitziet. Bedden opgemaakt met dekens en lakens, ook die roken niet fris. Twee matrassen op elkaar gestapeld, zeer slechte kwaliteit met kuilen en bobbels. Een van de bedden was maar 160 lang. Geen overgordijnen, gelukkig wel luikjes. Nauwelijks geslapen en ruim voor het ontbijt vertrokken.
