Second time we have stayed here and will do so again. Excellent facilities and staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Good breakfast and dinner.

Super disappointed
Do not go there unless it is for your budget, and even then!!! Returning from an excursion, I found my bed not made and I was the only one in the group (ah, the sucker). The only (phew) evening meal left something to be desired: small portion and thawed profiteroles.

J'ai pris également en compte votre retour sur le contenu de votre repas et regrette que les choisx faits par votre organisation n'aient pas répondus à vos attentes. I am a person in a wheelchair who came to Tours to accompany my partner to CHRU Trousseau during her stay.
I found here an adapted room, a fantastic team in their compassion and assistance, as well as a truly great restaurant.

Very helpful, friendly, welcoming and convenient location
The receptionist rang us early on the night we had booked for to check our arrival time which alerted us to the fact that we had booked a night too soon. They promptly rebooked us for the following night as they had a cancellation with no charge.
Very friendly, helpful and welcoming and very convenient location on the South West of Tours close to motorway network.
Also had fast Electric charging points in the carpark.
As a bonus, we discovered that they had a restaurant and the food was excellent and high quality.

Perfect for a stop on the way to vacation
Very pleasant hotel for a stop on the way to vacation.
Top-notch welcome, comfortable room, well soundproofed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
As for the exterior, the pool, the games for children, the garden, the ping-pong table are appreciated after hours of driving...
There is also a nice lobby with games and books as well as a foosball table.
The breakfast is very varied with real freshly squeezed orange juice...
Restaurant located in the establishment well appreciated, with good dishes, fresh products and top-notch staff.
A small downside regarding the stairs, which we had to use because the elevator was broken: covered in dirty carpet and giving off a bad smell...old-fashioned, please change.

Un grand merci pour votre trés sympathique commentaire. Nous sommes tous ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre accueil ainsi que le confort de nos chambres ainsi qe des seervices extérieurs ou les jeux pour enfants. Je transmets à mon équipe restauration vos félicitations sur la qualité des plats faits maison et son professionnalisme. Je suis désolé que notre ascenseur soit immobilisé à la suite d'un comportement inapproprié qui a endommagé des éléments de sécurité. Les pièces sont attendues . Quant aux escaliers, nous engageons un chantier de rénovation en fin d'année. Ils seront traités à ce moment là. J'espère que le jus d'orange de ce matin vous aura permis de voyager avec le plein d'energie. Encore un grand merci pour l'objectivité de votre commentaire qui nous fait grandir. A bientôt - Pierre
