BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

Good welcome. The staff is friendly and very professional. Enzo has a very good sense of communication.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.
The breakfast is of high quality. It is located about a 30-minute walk from the castle. Parking spaces are available around the hotel. During our visit, the hotel parking lot was full.

Great Stay

We loved it. We arrived rather late in the evening. Magalie, who checked us in, welcomed us like old friends. She was so sweet, explained everything and even gave our daughter pens and a colouring book.
The location is very convenient to visit the Castle, the Bus stop is right across the street and drives directly to the castle.
The rooms were spotless clean and nicely furbished.
Breakfast offered a lot of variety and we enjoyed it very much. Also the Staff during breakfast time was exeptionally friendly and kind.
We really enjoyed our stay and as we didn‘t manage to see all of Chateau Versailles we will be comming back and stay here again.

Disappointing

This hotel was unfortunately disappointing and should not be rated as 4 stars. The staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly but the hotel is tired and 3 stars at best.
The restaurant menu is very limited and the area a bit soulless. The rooms are showing there age and mine at the front of the hotel was quite noisy, the hotel was not busy so it seemed odd that i was put in such a noisy room.

Location ok but...

Excellent location but the rest... confused at the reception: they ask you to show the welcome voucher (3 drinks) that they sent you via email, by loading your customer code (which they have already had for twenty years and which they use to send me advertising and load my loyalty points). I look for it, load it, look for the voucher, and show it at the bar: the bartender takes a slip of paper and copies the code in pencil! A bit ridiculous in the era of digitalization. Small room and so-so cleanliness. Post-Covid quality is on the decline...

Lovely comfortable hotel

Lovely hotel, perfect base for exploring versaille and Paris. We visited as a family of four staying for five nights. I found the room to be spacious and clean with a lovely shower. The bed was so comfortable, the best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had drinks in the bar and the kids played on the foosball table which was fun. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and everything was kept well stocked. We did eat in the restaurant one evening, the food was nice although a little overpriced for what it was. I really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay when visiting Versaille.
