Exquisite attention from the Hotel Director

It is a charming hotel, comfortable rooms, quiet and good breakfast.I want to highlight the excellent treatment of the hotel director. We had a problem with the puncture of the car wheel and offered our help and collaboration for the repair of the problem. He is an empathetic, resolute person very kind and endearing. We appreciate your exquisite treatment. If we return to the area we will be your guests again!!

A little disappointment

The hotel is rated 3 stars.
The view is breathtaking, this is the big highlight of the hotel!
The bedding is very good, the room is really good with parquet (more hygienic than a carpet)
On the other hand, the sanitary facilities are not up to the 3 stars claimed; indeed, very yellowish shower joints that come loose (causing leaks in the rest of the bathroom) and shower head no longer holding on its base - material that seems to be cheap.
Small downside at breakfast level: very average coffee, no fresh juice, lack of choice and disappointed not to have seen local products (industrial jam and Nutella were presented) , in addition, the eggs were hens' eggs raised on the ground and not in the open air... (In this regard, I propose to correct the different cooking times of the eggs... )
Too bad when there are certainly many partnership opportunities around.
In short, disappointment for an establishment of this standing.
The importance of the details is essential for a 3 star.

Disappointed

Very pretty renovated setting though maze to access the restaurant no particular Welcoming
Duck breast request pink arrives lukewarm and overcooked
Forced to claim the bottle of wine twice when we asked for it at the beginning of the meal
Very disappointed by the chocolate mousse dessert sold for being homemade while we recognize the very compact metro powder

Discover!!!!!

A hotel with modern rooms in a building steeped in history. Warm Welcoming of Armanda, impeccable room and magnificent views of the vineyards. Hearty breakfast for 12 euros (cheap nowadays). We recommend and we will come back to it this time through the restaurant of the establishment.
