A chef who honors Archèche and his profession in an environment surrounded by nature

Closed for 2 years following a fire, the old arches reopened thanks to the perseverance of Benoit Court. No 4-page menu of frozen products here...the chef is in his kitchen to concoct original dishes based on fresh produce and vegetables from his brother's farm. Here is an Ardèche resident who does honor to his profession and to Ardèche: excellent cuisine, sense of welcome with a smile. We have a good time in a beautiful place surrounded by nature....recommended with our eyes closed.

Total scam.

Zero professionalism, deplorable room, spider webs, dust.
Dinner served in the evening, no appetizer (salad)
Main course 4 small ravioli
And a small piece of meat that was well burnt
Breakfast a minimum of products (very small buffet)
Not even any business conscience, they made us pay 162 with no apologies for the evening service (no appetizer)
In short, truly disappointed by the owner's attitude, I really do not recommend staying there....

Room on the ground floor. Good mattresses and pillows. Separate toilet and bathtub. Towels recent and in quantity.However decor a little old. The frayed bed cover would need to be quickly changed.
Buffet for breakfast.
Quiet hotel in the Ardèche mountains.

Nice hotel

Very nice Pension but narrow enough road to access parking, decent room, a bit old for my taste, and clean but poorly insulated, we hear the neighbors.
The setting, the welcome and the service are perfect: 20/20 .
Level catering: the service, cooking, taste, seasonings are perfect: 20/20, I took the chef’s menu (extra charge because in the evening stage).....the amounts on the plate are suitable for a child but not for an adult.....5/20.
Breakfast level: simple and basic, no fresh juice pressed, no eggs on demand, it’s a shame considering the quality of the menus and the quality of the Pension.

Exceptional catering and hospitality. Meals, breakfast, bedding, cleanliness. Stunning.

A refined and generous table, thanks to the passion of this chef who deserves to be known. A magnificent reconstruction after a violent fire which destroyed everything. The rooms have a calm and comfort that rarely exists. Impeccable cleanliness. It was a wonderful stay. THANKS
