An outstanding and memorable stay
My only gripe was that on one of the days when sunbeds were in short supply around the outdoor pool with a ‘no reservation policy’ a number of guests expressed frustration to staff that sun beds were being reserved for the owners of the hotel who were not present. Not a great look or way to treat paying guests. However this didn’t overshadow the stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We would simply like to clarify that the sunbeds were not reserved for the hotel's owners, but for guests staying in one of our Prestige Suites, whose package includes reserved sunbeds as part of the experience. We nevertheless understand how this may have been perceived and appreciate you bringing it to our attention, as it highlights the importance of ensuring clear communication.

Good service, but problems with food.
During dinner, we also felt that the waiters were quite focused on selling expensive wines. When we chose not to order wine, we sometimes had the impression that they were disappointed with our decision. In a hotel of this standard, guests should feel equally welcome regardless of whether they order wine or not.
On one morning, breakfast was also quite disorganized. There was clearly not enough staff, and some food items were not replenished in time. As a result, the breakfast experience did not meet the standard we expected from a hotel of this level.
