Perfect hotel.

As usual, perfect hotel. We had a great time. The people at the reception do everything to satisfy our requests. Thank you very much Barbara, Ingrid and Jennifer. The rooms are nickel. We'll be back next year. Marie-Laure and Alain.

Overnight stay

The hotel was fine. Something you can expect for this price and the two stars. However, communicating with the staff was not doable as they refuse to speak English. When we walked to the room, there was an extreme smell of sweat in the hallway from the cleaning lady who was walking around there. The smell was so intense and foul, it even hung in the room. Also, our bedding smelled like this air. There were hairs on the toilet, the shower was full of mold and there were bugs all over the bed. Report this to the staff. She's come upstairs and smelled too. She also indicated that it was dirty.
She would ask if we could get a refund or at least a part of it. As expected, the woman who was talking about this just sat in her chair. She didn't speak to us. What they did was laugh and look at us. When the girl came back with your message that they wouldn't give us anything back, we went straight back.
3x nothing this. Not even for the money and the stars. A fat 1.

It's awful. Nothing no customer friendliness

Booked with accidentally wrong date. There were still rooms available but they refuse to start the booking. You can only make a reservation again. They don't know customer friendliness here.

First of all, I would like to thank the lady working at the reception on New Year’s Eve for her friendly and wonderful welcome. As for the hotel, it was one of the most unhealthy nights of sleep I’ve ever had. I am aware that the hotel is ibis Budget, meaning a low-budget hotel. But what they consider a pillow in the room cannot possibly be a pillow! It’s a rag that threatens human health! The bed is the same. I’m not talking about luxury or even comfort!! I’m talking about the most basic items that should exist in a hotel room. Even a €10 pillow sold in a supermarket would do a much, much better job, believe me!
The people who made these purchasing decisions should be made to sleep on this pillow and bed for at least two nights! Where exactly is the world going? And what is your goal? Unbelievable!
