Very good hotel restaurant

Refurbished rooms, new bedding. We are peaceful in front of the main square of the village.
Very welcoming staff, very generous meals and breakfasts.
A good place to stay in Haute Vienne/Dordogne. High quality family meals.

Nice looking hotel but sadly nothing special

This was okay for a short stay, clean and distinguished looking but the restaurant quite pricey and empty so we opted for an eating place down the street. Muted welcome at reception, room pleasant, but bed not over comfortable, and breakfast (extra) was adequate but nothing special

Lovely family run hotel - good food and service - very clean

This was a 3 night stay in a lovely village that has most things you require. Parking right outside was easy. The room was a good size with a very clean bathroom with an excellent shower with plenty of space to put toiletries.
A simple breakfast with great tea and coffee was included. In the evening we used the restaurant which was quite large although there were few here this time of year. I had one of the best steaks for a long time - beautifully cooked and so tender. The food is simple home cooking but very tasty, lots of it and plenty of choice. Wine was inexpensive and since there is a bar, there are plenty of drink choices.
The team/owners were very friendly and happy to chat with us (in French) and we felt very welcome.
I would recommend this hotel as it gives a lot for a small price, is clean and very friendly in a great location.

Nice clean room, nice food, not sure about the service

Nice room very clean and fresh. Nice food in the restaurant. But not overly friendly on the service side of things. Not overtly rude just not particularly welcoming. Set though in a very quiet part of rural France.
