An address to discover

A very friendly and documented Welcoming on the village that made us want to walk there.
The room was welcoming and comfortable. A power outlet near the bed would have been welcome (breathing apparatus).
The dinner was excellent and good value for money.

Never again.

Where to begin...
First of all, a check-in at 5 PM!!!! Check-out before 10 AM. Then the room, the walls are as thin as a sheet, no blanket. Just a sheet. No fridge, kettle, or cup, a TV screen as big as an iPad. Only one power outlet for the entire room. Paper cups in the bathroom, shower products and soap, empty!
And the cherry on top, the owners are doing noisy renovations (the room next door) at 9 AM. From 10 AM to 5 PM, I think they have enough time. In short, we will not return and will not recommend this establishment.

Check in et check out font partis de nos informations accessibles sur l’ensemble des sites de réservation y compris celui par lequel vous êtes passé. Vous nous avez demandé de pouvoir venir par messagerie une fois votre réservation faite ce que nous ne pouvions pas. Vous auriez pu nous appeler en direct avant de réserver et prendre un autre hôtel si cela ne vous convenait pas.
Les murs sont conformes aux dtu de constructions
Un simple drap : une couverture est disponible dans la penderie, vu les températures de dimanche il fallait peut-être juste régler la climatisation un peu moins fort.
Les équipements disponibles sont aussi consultables dans le descriptif et conformes aux hôtels 2 étoiles.
Gobelets en cartons recyclable dans la salle de bain pour se laver les dents une fois …vous nous avez demandé de l’eau chaude et des tasses ce que nous avons bien sûr fourni avec plaisir
Effectivement le savon de main était vide mais pas le produit de bain
Quand aux travaux nous ne pouvions vous prévenir car le plombier nous a avertis le matin à huit heures qu’il pouvait venir faire une modification pour rendre les climatisations moins bruyantes. Vu les difficultés à avoir un professionnel compétent nous n’avons pas refusé son intervention à 9h, pour un check out à 10h.
Enfin je vous rappelle qu’une chambre d’hôtel n’est pas un appart hôtel. Vous avez diné dans votre chambre et l’état dans laquelle vous l’avez laissée montre le manque de respect envers les gens qui travaillent à maintenir en état nos installations…
Nul doute que vous trouverez un jour ce qui vous convient.

Excellent stay in peace

We spent 3 very pleasant days in this hotel restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Listening and ready to give advice. The cuisine of the restaurant is excellent. The breakfast à la carte is perfect. We really recommend this property. The village as a whole is to be discovered. Beyond the peculiarity of the place, we meet passionate and exciting people who open their doors to make you discover their works but also all the treasures of Trôo.

Excellent Welcoming, comfortable rooms.

Welcoming by the owner, comfortable room with air conditioning. We could not enjoy the restaurant due to lack of time but to do next time. The menu menu really makes you want as well as the terrace.
