Great little spot in the centre and easy walking to the parking and restaurants, we at a the Hippotamus which gave a discount for staying at the hotel, the hotel suite was lovely and the kids had an amazing time, staff were helpful, breakfast was ok, was not a huge selection for the money but the staff were very helpful none the less. Would love to stay again

Great reception staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. Reception suggested us a good place to eat. Room was clean and tidy, a bit dated compared to the hotel entrance but very comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Would have been good to have some AC instructions in the room, we got very confused with it in the middle of the night. Easy booking via Hotels.com and the secure parking was excellent and at a very good price, albeit a short walk fro the hotel. We didn't get a chance to use the Spa, big shame as it looked lovely.

BW as many others
Average hotel in terms of my overall experience with BW in Champagne and Burgundy: breakfast is not that good as in the same franchise of BW in Vertus, however, it's one step better than in BW Angleterre in Macon and BW in Chalon s/Saone and the same as in the most terrible of all BW, so far, of Tournus. Parking is also some hundreds of m away that adds to the level of discomfort. The rooms and bathrooms are really the best of all BWs in those two regions which I have tried. The service is the third best, surpassed by BW in Vertus and BW in Chalon s/Saone. The receptionist tried to double charge for breakfast, even though the voucher stated clearly- BB, that stands for bed& breakfast. Nevertheless, he was stubborn and insisted rudely to follow his intentional lack of knowledge until the hotel manager intervened and settled him down, apologised us. That was a bitter berry on the cake which ought to be eliminated. The town itself is beautiful strategically close to Cotes de Bar champagne subregion that supplies with superb value champagne both the French embassies (Gremillet) and wine enthusiasts (Devaux, A.Bonnet, O.Horriot, others) alike.

A fantastic location and lovely hotel with helpful staff. Our room was nice but as we were in the attic it was very warm and the air con wasn’t working very effectively. We’d stay again though and Troyes is a beautiful medieval town with lots of sights within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location !
We were so pleased with this hotel. It ticked a lot of boxes with location and price but we weren’t totally sure about the Best Western brand as some of the UK BW hotels haven’t impressed us ! This hotel is beautiful, located really nicely for nightlife and exploring the beautiful Troyes. The staff are very professional, the rooms are stunning, the bar is spotless (the nighttime bar manager is worth a mention what a lovely guy he is )! The spa was excellent with lovely staff. I can’t fault anything about this hotel !
