MADLOBA

Very good location,the very center of the old town.Near the famous sulphur baths,many cafes,walking streets.The hotel itself is small,cozy and clean.

Terrible.

They came with a group, put them on the fifth floor (former terrace), water dripping from the ceiling. We asked for a replacement number, but we were refused, citing various unfounded reasons. The receptionist promised there would be nothing dripping next night. The owner said there's an emergency number, but he's not going to move us, it's all our fault. The landlord also said that if we filmed the next night that water was pouring, he'd move us into a better room. We did. The next day, the receptionist offered two numbers to choose from, 104 and 404. Chosen 104, the receptionist said several times that we'd be at 104. We ended up at 404, the landlord said the rooms were budgeted, and we apparently had no choice. The owner had no regrets. My husband offered to go to redison for $500 if he didn't like it. No foot in here anymore, very ruined the experience of the holiday.

Definitely RECOMMEND!

Great hotel- cozy, clean, quiet(especially important after the bustling streets for sleeping)
Located near the sulfur baths and Meidan Square.
Lived in room 404( 4th floor/ lift in the nearest plans) - double bed with excellent mattress ,view from balcony to the city, kettle, fridge.
Bathroom - clean ,towels,toothbrushes/paste, shampoos,gels - everything (option - install a curtain, since water from shower on the floor)
I liked the breakfasts, everything is delicious, coffee machine, optional oatmeal. Lena at the reception is always friendly and willing to help.

Not recommending at all

The hotel was good from the point of location and rooms.
But:
1. No elevator, they asked us to pay to bring our luggage to the 4th floor
2. They had a problem with electricity, due to the construction next door. We had no electricity for the whole day, then no internet for 3 days and no AC for the rest of the stay. I asked to bring the fan at least, it was hot during the summer, they didn't have that either.
Overall - I wouldn't recommend. It's not a cheap hotel, you can find many better options in the same area for the same price and much better service and facilities

- [ ] Spoiled vacation!!!! The hotel is in a good location on a quiet street, with most attractions within walking distance. This is where the positives end: the rooms are very small, the only furniture is a bed, the rooms are not cleaned. For breakfast - cucumbers with bread and an incomprehensible lump of rice - either porridge or salad. I have never seen a worse breakfast in any hotel in the world. The hotel not only doesn’t qualify for 4 stars, it doesn’t even correspond to 2 stars and is definitely not worth the money. But the point here is not that we didn’t manage to have breakfast, the worst thing is that we had to go to the administrator for 2 days asking for our money back; when we checked in, they didn’t have change for 100 GEL. As a result, the hotel owner, Leila, stated that she basically had no money - neither cash nor in her account, but assured us that as soon as she had it, she would transfer it to our account. We left the hotel without money, the money never arrived in our account, no one answered calls or messages. The impression of the trip is spoiled. The hotel management are petty scammers who scam their guests out of money, but have never heard of what hospitality and conscience are. Complete disappointment. If you want to spoil your vacation, I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
