We had a decent stay overall however the hotel definitely fell short of our expectation. Only 1 restaurant was functional as opposed to the 3 advertised on their website. Had a little incident during dinner but they fully compensated us for it which was appreciated. Ordered 1 sunny side eggs for breakfast since the available options (especially vegetarian) were very limited - the eggs never came as we simply left after 45 mins. The property is clean however and the rooms are quite nicely designed. The spa was very good and they also have access to a bar and jaccuzi. Good overall but could have been much,much better.

An unusual hotel in a beautiful region

The hotel, which struck me with all my heart - for the first time lived in a "jug")) is interestingly designed, comfortable, but in the rooms - jugs themselves it is hot without horse (it is there). Each pitcher with a mini veranda where you can enjoy sunset and dawn. This place is beautiful. The restaurant offers wine from its vineyards, delicious, we purchased for a gift. The rooms have everything. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel recommended

Average Stay

This Hotel is far from the City . This is a positive and negative both. The settings are beautiful specially the Qvevre rooms. But their availability is an issue.
We stayed in the normal hotel blocks and the rooms are normal as in any other city hotel.
The Breakfast has very limited choice and should be improved considering that the Guests have no other choice but to eat there only.
Tried vegetable soup once but it was like over boiled vegetables.
The Shower in my bathroom was malfunctioning.

Breathtaking experience

It's an incredible adventure. The author of the idea is a genius, creating a hotel that reflects the wine culture of Georgia... The location is very picturesque, with views of the wine valleys and mountains of the Caucasus and glaciers in the distance. I've never seen a hotel like this, and it's relevant all year round. If you like wine, silence and stunning views, this is the perfect place for you.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The only problem we had is the restaurant that took very long time to get our food and I mean two hours long.
