Gorgeous view of the volcano and Delicious food

The whole experience was amazing. The rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. The only downside was the bathroom it was too small but the rest of the room was big and the huge glass doors let us enjoy even better the beautiful view of the volcano. We didn’t use the big jacuzzi but we it look clean.
The food was to die for OMG delicious. Everything we ordered was so delicious. The breakfast was included and we were surprised to see that we could order à la cart. We usually experience to have a set menu when the breakfast is included.
One time for lunch we went to the restaurant and the food was equally delicious . The rest of the place was well kept and gorgeous. There are many places to take good pictures and the views are gorgeous from everywhere. We visited the little farm to see the animals and the admission was included with the stay . The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely comeback again and I highly recommend this amazing place !!!

Beautiful cabins, but terrible communication with the reception staff who don’t know their own policies, overcharge, and are inflexible in finding solutions. Sadly, two consecutive poor experiences with reception staff is enough to avoid us returning to this location or recommending it to others.

Great horse riding to know the farm, beautiful orchards and places to do a fogata with the best volcanoes view.

Best family farm in Alotenango to enjoy amazing breakfast, healthy lunch and quality family time.

Our stay was amazing. The only thing I Will suggest is fixing the entrance roads. For the price and the quality of the place; the entrance should be in better conditions.
The staff was amazing! Great customer service and food!

Fine Time

Great lodge style restaurant - open floor plan. Off the main path (Carretera 14) local gem. Casual family ambiance. Great pricing. Varied wine list. Weather permitting fabulous views.
