Cheap hotel and it shows
The noise from the street even at night wasn't even overcome by the 15 year old A/C, the bathroom was clean enough but very old and the showerhead needed a real cleaning. Surprisingly the Wireless internet worked remarkably well.
When asking for a room of less noise I was told that the only other room was without Internet???
I ended staying for only 2 nights and found a great deal at Santander Plaza.

Basic, clean and friendly people BUT.....a no go....
These are my issues: There is always NOISE of all kind,,,,,,,
* traffic from outside street when traffic is bad.
*some dogs in adjacent properties crying or barking
*noise from people who decided to hold up a football soccer tournament last night on the street
* noise from employees,,this part is the worst. I do not understand why there is so many people working here for such small hotel. They are everywhere and they start gathering, chatting and joking around and they become too loud, sometimes with bad words since I can understand the language. this is everywhere, lobby, restaurant area, outside the rooms. They are all checking they mobile phones all times and walking around to lobby killing time and eating chips hidden in their pants pocket and leaning at every other wall available . I had to wait at the lobby few times to be picked up and this is very annoying.
For this employee noise and behavior I will NOT stay here again
Breakfast is very basic and not to choose from it either scrambled eggs or fried eggs ,those are the choices, included is a very bad coffee, a little fruit sample and orange juice. If you wish anything else is extra and they push hard for it. I never gave in.
If the hotel wishes to contact me, please go ahead. I rather pay more and stay somewhere this issues make my stay more enjoyable. This hotel has lots of potential to be a great boutique hotel. It all about these little details. I am sure the employees are nice people and try hard but the management need to supervise these details and train their staff
Forgot to mention that sometimes I run out of hot water in the shower.
