Nice hotel

You can say it was a average or nice hotel to stay at that price ,by comparing to the price you can't get a hotel like this in Bilaspur.It was my office trip so it was near to my business location to stay

Very exhausting.

It is a very sad thing to write this on social media. But I arrived the hotel at 2.30 am. Given a room full of mosquitoes, somehow i managed to sleep and on waking up i noticed a LIZARD beside my pillow on the bed. I was shocked and tried to call the receptionist but the intercom did not work. I had to go down and inform them. They said there was no staff so they could not drive this creepy thing away, so they changed my room. After shifting I finished my days job and was about to go to sleep at night and noticed bad oily stains on the bed sheet which was covered by the blankets kept neatly on it. I had to inform the receptionist and he told me it was the color of the cloth. Being too exhausted I had not energy to demand for anything. I regretfully continued there.
The toilet seat had a crack and can give anyone a bad pinch or hurt the toilet bowl was disgustingly black. This room had no windows/ ventilation. One was opening to the void which was permanently shut. The room had an exhaust opening without and exhaust fan...
Not a relaxed place for me. No hot water in the taps. You have to ask for it in buckets.
I understand this is a very big hotel property. And in such cases small customers would not matter much to them. Hence the bad service. My room was not even cleaned. Nor my towel changed. I was there 3 nights. The pics I shared will explain the scenario.

Dirty hotel but quick service

Shown to our rooms quickly.
The first room did not have working A/C, wall electrical fittings could be pulled out from their holdings.
We were moved to a second room with functional but temperamental A/C.
The linen was dirty with stains and had holes in, possibly from cigarette burns.
The room had scuff marks around the walls and a large chunk of concrete was missing/ripped out from the ceiling.
The room had its own safe, tv and sofa.
The service was fairly quick but we had to ask twice to have an extra bed put in.
Overall: super cheap in both price and quality, service without a smile

cheap but poor service

stayed for 2 days this jan'17. the hotel is conveniantly located and cheap. rooms are good...but the toiltes are pretty basic, though you have western WCs. no towel or soap provided. the staff are grim and not very friendly. food is ordinary and very expensive .. dal and roti costs 250/- !! probably making up for the room rent.

Pleasant stay

#Good place to stay# it's plus point is its location where everything is near by you# very friendly in nature.... all the best wishes to them this was my first visit in this place so gud not bad to stay inn
