Transit visit

This was our transit stay as we were driving from Mumbai to Delhi. The hotel I’m located right on the highway which saves time and is very convenient.
We booked the suite which was clean and spacious with basic amenities like toiletries and tea coffee station.
We ordered room service for dinner which was prompt and the food was just like home cooked.
The checkin and check out were also quick .
The breakfast can be better though the coffee was nice

Avoid this place if you can.

Horrible experience.Booked executive room,bad housekeeping.Room service is non existent.Tea took 5 hours to be ready.Strictly not recommending anyone. I wish trip advisor had a negative rating option.

A good 3 star hotel

The hotel is located on the Mumbai-Indore highway and close to the city entry point. Rooms are good and clean. The bed was a bit too soft but not uncomfortable. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant and the food was good. The only issue that we faced was with the hot water in the bathroom. Once the hot water starts coming, we could not control the temperature (probably an issue with the hot-cold water mixer). The quality of the towels could also be improved.

Good highway hotel..

Stayed a night during my road trip to madhya pradesh. Conveniently located at highway side. Ample parking space and a good car washer guy was there to help you out. Room is good, little short with space but okay with the price. Had a dinner, little late service due to high walking dinner customers which i seen at lobby. Food was little spicy but tasty. Had a goodnight sleep. Hot water early in the morning. Smooth check out at 6 am. Staff is good and courteous.

Welcome addition in Dhule

The hotel is a welcome relief in Dhule. It's location is great, bang on the Highway. We booked the suite room, just to be sure to get their best room. The room was spacious and interior were done well. Sleep was comfortable and undisturbed. The problem area is housekeeping, specially bathroom and the dining area. The bathroom needs change of bath stool ( it was cracked), the bathing buckets and mug ( very tacky), terrible smell from the drain and choked drain in bathing area ( it was cleaned at our request). The tea cups in the room need immediate change. The dining room experience, specially at breakfast was average. Very little choice/ ambience/ service. The previous night, the captain gave very indifferent vibes, we were the only guest eating ( was it too much trouble?). Service with smile and attention..totally missing. Lot of effort has gone in creating a valuable asset, but operations and maintenance is the key. Our best wishes to them. Thank you
