Bad experience from House keeping staff of hotel

I stay in hotel on 24th july and check out at 25th july ,at the night I put my ring in drawer but in morning i got a call I have to go urgently so at the time of check out I forgot to open the drawer and to take my anniversary ring which I kept with myself from 27 year of marriage but after reaching that place I realize ring is not there so I again visited the hotel and told the whole story in the meantime the hotel housekeeping staff cleared the room they ask house keeping people whom they hired few days before he bluntly refuses I am shocked to hear that infact I have given the complaint at nearest Police station but still that ring means to me alott ,I want to say the housekeeping people donot sell to anybody else infact you sell to me,I am very grateful to them

Serene in every sense

It's a homely place service is excellent food is delicious rooms are convinient and the ambience is above average.
Would like to stay again
Metro is walkable
Breakfast is delicious
I would recommend it
The TV channels need improvement pl provide all channels

Pathetic Experience

Well bed is so small and uncomfortable that entire night my body was paining and I couldn't sleep out properly.
Mgmt is not co-operative and despite of seeing less occupancy was not ready to offer change in room

Decent business hotel near Hitech city area

I stayed here many times my earlier IT company has a tie-up with this hotel and the Serenity Group of hotels.
Pros:
1. Location is good
2. Basic amenities and clean room
3. Friendly services
4. Shuttle services to my office
5. Restaurant with complimentary breakfast and decent meals
Cons:
1. Guest house feel
2. No hard drinks
3. No swimming pool
