Home from home

This resort is perfectly located on a charming beachside lane, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, great live music, and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The resort's restaurant was exceptional, serving delicious food in a fantastic atmosphere.
What truly made my stay special, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and well looked after, even when returning to my lodge late at night. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made the resort feel less like a place to stay and more like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Patnem garden cottages

Nice garden setting close to beach attuned to yoga with classes and course available Patnem isn’t very big with a few bars and restaurants as we only stayed for several days it was adequate I would return to PGC next time we’re in the area

Clean, comfortable, great service

Feeling of generosity and abundance seemed to permeate all policies and staff interactions. Plenty of clean sheets and towels, and hot water in the shower. Roomy feeling in both bedroom and bathroom. Maids attentive. pretty much every request we made was attended to carefully and thoroughly. A little dark in the bedroom but that gave it rustic charm.
We will return again. Special mention of George, accommodations manager, and Jacob, owner. They listened and helped as needed.

We Loved Patnem Garden Cottages

My partner and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks in Dec 2019 - we have one room for ourselves and 3 kids shared a second room - we loved it - George and all the guys who work here are very helpful and the rooms were great...They have a great area for yoga which i did most mornings - it was great - I would say the rooms are bit noisy - lots of local dogs (friendly but a bit of howling at night) lots of animal and sounds that. although are lovely, are also very loud - any time we had any small problems to guys did attend to it straight away.Air con in my room was good but in my kids room it was v v hot in the top half of the bedroom - We would stay here again - Patnem is small and friendly and lovely and we plan to return

Wonderful stay!

Stayed here with a friend for a week and it was perfect. We felt very safe and George, his brother and all the people working there were amazing, always helpful and always smiling - nothing was too much. We shared an enormous bed which was really comfortable , very spacious room with a big bathroom. There are mosquito nets and a big fan which works really well to keep the room cool .We had constant hot water and if we left the keys at the desk, the room was cleaned daily . Plenty of storage space and a cupboard with a lock for valuables. There was a little terrace where we sat and had pre supper drinks. It's all shaded so not too hot and all the terraces have fans. The setting is amongst palm trees so all the areas are shaded. The breakfasts are plenty - we had smashed avocado and poached eggs every morning! There are no fridges in the rooms but we picked up ice from the bar whenever we needed it. There is a fridge near the reception filled with bottles of water which we just took when we needed. There is a full restaurant but we didn't eat there in the evening as we chose to go on the beach. The cottages are on a bustling little market lane but set back so not noisy. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach.George organised a taxi pick up from the airport . I would be happy to take children. I would definitely stay there again!
