Quite and secluded stay

If calm and a quiet ambience among lush greens is what u looking for, this is the place to be in kumta. Located a bit inside the highway, this property sits amidst a typical village. Though the property is a bit old, it has a charming feel to it. The caretaker of the place is quite a calm and friendly guy and is quite responsive. The breakfast though minimal is quite tasty, adequate and home made. Ample parking is available in the premises. Currently only breakfast is provided and there is no inhouse restaurant functional owing to covid. Overall it was a lovely stay and super value for the price.

Worst

This place is too interior. No places nearby for any emergency.
Room stinked so badly.
There were only lizards running in and out of the room.
We didn't stay for a more than 15mins. Lost money .waste of time and money. Owner didn't pick our call also. Don't get fooled by the review as us

Unethical cheater and fraud propery

I had done booking through booking.com, person just cancelled booking next day with out informing. He looks cheater. The tone of property owner is third class. cheap. Not recommended property booking to this property.

Best stay

Best experience! Calm and beautiful and clean place... Breakfast was delicious and manager Mr.suresh was very kind and helpful.... lunch and dinner are not available at stay we have to order it from another restaurant which was okay.... Even if you don't have your own vehicle no issues they provide you numbers of rental cars, bikes etc.

Its good

A nice cozy place run by the home owner and one assistant suresh. There is warmth in their service. If you are expecting a luxury place its not for you. you want a decent well kept place this is for you.Also make sure you have your own conveyance, the beaches around kumta are untouched, worth a visit.
