Visit to Mathura on 14August2022 with family
When we stay in hotel, we have noticed the following problems:
1) The hotel staff were not even talking to the customer properly nor answering well.
2) There was no phone available in the room for communication. We are calling on mobile but nobody was receiving the call easily.
3) We called them to provide the drinking water but they don't gave us the water still after 45 minutes. Again we called, then they bring the water and water quality was not good. I am attaching the picture of the Jug in which they gave water to us.
4) They don't provide the towel, soap etc.
5) After informing many times, they don't cleaned the room.
6) TV was not working.
7) AC remote was not available in the room to set the temperature according to our need because it was raining outside.
8) Pipe of wash basin was chocked due to which water was gathering in the basin which was looking very dirty. Photo attached.
9) There was no water coming in the bathroom comode, we inform many times but don't repair it after checking out.
When we were checking out, we were telling about the above problems but they were not giving answers. They also not provide us the exact contact number of the owner.

Not A satisfactory Stay
But a suggestion to those people who want a neat clean and modern bathroom is that you should look for another hotel . I got a very smelly bathroom with 80s taps and shower which were rusted black and dirty , the bucket was dirty . Just imagine my condition " I closed my eyes and took shower for few seconds and ran out of bathroom " , Yes Right ! I asked them that are all rooms have this kind of bathroom ? They responded YES .
Ceiling lights of room were not functioning and there is no power socket nearby bed , the socket is near closet only which is near entry door .
NO WIFI
This is my personal review of hotel . Call them and clarify all your doubts If you are going to book . Happy Journey :)

Worst experience
They took 1 hour for cleaning the room.
Never come to this hotel...waste of money...also it will ruin your mood.
