Quality service

A very nice hotel located at a heart of the city. The room size of this property is very decent and the overall services whether it be hygeine or maintenance or food quality everything is here is good and upto the mark.

Horrible!! Must- NO for Families

I stayed at Hotel Ambercorp, booked through FabHotels, and it was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. The property looked completely different from what was shown online — the photos were clearly misleading.
The room was in terrible condition, with unclean floors, stained bedsheets, and an unpleasant odor as soon as we entered. The bathroom fittings were old, rusted, and poorly maintained, making it very uncomfortable to use. Even the corridors and common areas looked untidy, with poor lighting and no regular housekeeping.
We had booked a five-day stay with family, but the place was so uncomfortable that we checked out within 10 hours. The staff showed no sense of responsibility or willingness to address the issues, which was extremely disappointing.
Considering the amount charged, the stay was nowhere near acceptable quality. I would strongly discourage families from booking this property until serious improvements are made.
Despite raising the issue with FabHotels, I have not received any satisfactory response or refund for the remaining four nights. I hope the management takes action and ensures no other guest faces such an experience.

Business trip to Mumbai for Exhibitions

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a nice experience. The hotel was clean and neat, which was great. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was not up to my expectations and could have been better. I would recommend that the hotel improve the quality of their breakfast.
