Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hostel.
I explained that it was my first time in the Mumbai, that I had no idea where I was, and that it was getting late. Despite this, they would not honour my booking. They may have followed the letter of the law, but they showed very little understanding or hospitality.
The staff told me that I would receive a refund for my four-night booking, but no refund was issued. In effect, I paid for four nights of accommodation only to be kicked to the curb. Thankfully, I managed to find somewhere else to stay before nightfall.
I also briefly saw the accommodation and facilities, and frankly, I am glad I did not stay. The standard appeared very poor.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hostel.
