Simple and good..
The hotel is situated right near the main road - near the Head post office in college road, palakkad.
Rooms - small but neat

Cost of the room - affordable and acceptable..
No soap is provided. (Only one bottle of Two in one shampoo )
Only one brush and one towel is kept in each double room.

Small functional hotel, well connected
I booked this thinking its close to station, because on map its shows as close to Palakkad town rly station. But the main rly station is 3-4 Km away (Palakkad Junction station). Landmarks are Head Post Office and Distt Hospital.
This a small, functional hotel (may be 10-15 rooms), no restaurant. Food can be ordered from outside.
A couple of restaurants near by, but only one is in close vicinity (Nandaa on opp side).
Room was adequate, though hot water wasnt readily available in the morning.
Parking space for 3-4 cars in front of hotel.
Its on a main road, so buses and autos are easily available.
All in all good option for a stay.

We understand the confusion regarding the railway stations! As you noted, we are located closer to the Palakkad Town station rather than the main Palakkad Junction. We are also very sorry for the trouble you faced with the hot water supply during your morning routine. We have since serviced our water heating systems to ensure hot water is readily available for all our guests.

Horrible Stay.
We have booked to stay in this hotel from 17th to 19th November 2022. Despite calling in advance over phone, there was not even a person available to help and take the luggage to our room. When asked why the entrance looks so shabby, we were told that the cleaning person was on leave. The AC was not working properly, there was no hook to hang the towel in the bathroom and also few other deficiencies were shared with them. So they changed our room on the second day in the same floor, we appreciated their gesture and made us comfortable. But the following evening, they came to our room and stated that they have identified some electrical problem (short circuit) so need to vacate urgently. they insisted us to change to another hotel Reva Residency in that night as no other rooms were vacant. We are sure that it was a manipulation of the care taker Krishna to accommodate some others probably at higher price.
In general, they have no sense of hotel management, even basic customer requirements were not available. We stayed in 5 different hotels in Kerala during our 13 days stay in Kerala and our experience in Abudhabi Residency was the worst.

Reading about the lack of luggage assistance, the maintenance issues, and particularly the disruptive room change orchestrated by the former staff member, Krishna, is deeply disappointing. We completely understand why you felt our hotel management was lacking at that time.

The front office team and caretakers from your previous visit are no longer with us. We have entirely restructured our operations, bringing in a dedicated, professional team committed to ensuring that all guest requirements and high standards of service are consistently met. We have also strictly overhauled our maintenance and housekeeping protocols to ensure our property is always welcoming and comfortable.
We deeply regret that your past visit was the worst of your trip to Kerala, but we would love the opportunity to change your perception. We warmly invite you to visit us again so we can show you the positive changes we have made and provide you with the excellent service you truly deserve.
