Very Bad

Poor service and pathetic condition of bathroom towels. Found fan knobs missing in 2 of 3 rooms we had booked.

A Hotel to be avoided

I had to wait atleast 10 minutes during checkin and checkout times for finding the receptionist.
We had lunch from this hotel on 26th October, but we had to stay at home on 27th and 28th after severe food poison.
Not at all good hotel for staying and dining.

The worst lunch in a life time

I just visited this place for lunch
On 19/9/24
And I had the worst experience ever...
Unlucky me ,I m sure I couldn't find another place...
Slimy mushrooms and totally uncooked chicken recipes
Wow
Hopefully
I m not dead ..yet
Returned the whole dish back to them
Never ever ,,I will visit there

Below average experience

I booked a room through yatra. While booking, there was no information that there will not be complementary breakfast. I got to know that there is no complementary breakfast for us only at the time of check-in (because I booked through yatra) - contrary to what's stated in website. Elevator was stinking + north Indian chat at the restaurant was too spicy + restaurant would provide only packaged drinking water + no gymn. Below average hotel aspiring for 4 star!! Avoid this place. The only positive side: Centrally located

Booked the AC hall for a function. Even though the management knew that the AC units were not working, they allowed the function to start, without even disclosing the fault. Even after it was brought to notice, they wouldn't agree until all the invitees also started taking things into their own hands to get an attention from the management.
Totally irresponsible attitude of the Manager and team should be condemned. Even though they knew that the AC units were not working since the previous night, they took no concrete action. They could have provided some fans in the hall which had no ventilation.
They failed to understand that the cream of Pathanamthitta town has been put to suffering which will remain a black mark in their minds about Hills Park's reputation.
