Great service and friendly staff

My wife and I spent one week at Sai Towers. The accommodation was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent - especially from Srinivas and Laxminarine. The food from restaurant was very tasty and caters for breakfast , lunch and supper as well as in-room dining. The staff were excellent especially Kalpanna. I highly recommend Sai Towers .

No hot Water

As always I book at Sai Towers for the convenience of the location and the exceptional meals at the restaurant. However I must express my disappointment with the consistent lack of hot water and low water pressure. Its certainly not ideal to have a cold shower, especially with the hot weather.

Comfortable hotel with a good restaurant

The location of Sai Towers hotel could not be better! It is close to both the Ganesha Gate and the Gopuram Gate. The hotel receptionists are welcoming, courteous and professional. The room and bathroom was clean and had an adequate cupboard with safe deposit box, adequate counter space and a good size luggage rack. Room service and house-keeping staff were also good.
