Extremely kind and wonderful!

This place was great. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were beyond kind, polite and helpful. We were driving an electric auto across the country and they assisted us in ensuring we could charge it at the hotel and security looking after the place was great. We ordered food through their partner restaurant which was SO GOOD and came really quickly as well. The boys downstairs at reception were just lovely - thank you!

Basic needs fulfilled. Lapses ignored

It is a basic hotel, thriving because of central location (bus stand nearby and two main roads meeting junction). WiFi password on repeated request, basic channels on LCD TV, A/C set at 25 Deg C irrespective of repeated changes on given remote, two separate beds in room sounds strange for reception guys, hot water time enquiry, extra pillow request all sound puzzling to room service boys. Complimentary breakfast enquiry scared the guy to reply “NO” nervously. Basic hotel to crash for a night. Carry your own mosquito repellent and drinking water. The non veg restaurant in the hotels is good,,cozy with Madurai style food and very courteous service. Limited parking (Two cars only in front of hotel). Basic needs.

They are charging 2k per day.But absolutely worthless place. Bathroom does not have latch. Mirror not available in Bathroom. Since it's on main road entire night was noisy with vehicle movement.
Absolutely useless place . Do not stay
