Pleasant stay
With reffrence from Mr. Ashok Sharama ,who was driving us around shimla , we stayed at hotel zion for 2 nights . The rooms were clean , comfortable and had good view. The staff was polite and was able to fullfill our requests immediately.

Outstanding Hotel and Wonderful Service.
Everything was awesome and excellent!
The singers and all the staff were very kind, polite, and welcoming. The hotel is clean, and the view is absolutely perfect.

An Absolute Gem in Shimla – Outstanding Hospitality & Breathtaking Views!
Our stay at The Zion, Shimla was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway.
The Staff: The hospitality here is top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, polite, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their attentive and professional service truly made us feel at home.
The Room & View: The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the beautiful, mist-covered Shimla hills and valley right outside our window was pure magic. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, cozy, and spotlessly clean.
The Facilities: The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and has excellent facilities. Everything feels premium, clean, and highly comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind.
The Meals: The food was a major highlight of our trip! Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, with a fantastic variety of flavors. The dining experience itself was wonderful.

I had a very disappointing experience at Zion Hotel, Shimla. I had booked my stay from 9th July to 13th July, but I was forced to check out a day early due to the extremely unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff.
The manager and the reception staff were consistently disrespectful and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. It felt less like a hotel and more like a restrictive hostel, where we were constantly told what we could or could not do. There was unnecessary interference in even the smallest things, which completely ruined the experience.
One of the most frustrating issues was with the outdoor common area. Every night, while we were sitting there, the lights would be switched off despite us being present. This happened repeatedly over three days, making it clear that guest comfort was not a priority.
The overall behavior of the staff was unacceptable and highly disappointing. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt unwelcome and disrespected. It reached a point where we chose to leave a day early just for our mental peace.
I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Shimla. Only consider this place if you are okay with constant interference and poor hospitality.

As hotel policy, State Govt excise department & Management do not authorized outside liquor to serve in restaurant, open deck area and public places.
