The hotel is pleasant and quiet as its is situated near kumaradhara river.
temple and gives the positive vibration. Basic amenities are taken care of and the staff is very good and humble.
Overall a budgeted stay with good experience.

Not worth for price paid
Pros:
helpful staff, good location, walkable distance from temple.
Cons:
rooms are not maintained properly. No hot water 24hrs. No restaurant in hotel. No coffee or tea machine provided in room. Ac doesn't give cooling even if we put it on temp 16 degree.
Red ants all over rooms. Though we mentioned to hotel staff but no proper action taken in this matter.
Overall very bad experience.

Excellent Hotel for Family
24-hr checkout works perfectly in your plan. Staff is very helpful and polite. As i had been during the peak season (Christmas time), they arranged all the Private Sarpa Sanskara Puja in Matha for me.

Temple visit
Located on the banks of the river this hotel is very friendly. It was winter and there was excellent hospitality to keep ourselves warm. Right from welcoming till check out people in reception were very cooperative and friendly. It was the season of rathothsavam, we went on the last day or I guess we went day after the last day but I was very happy for I was given the description and snaps of the event by this kind lady at reception , that way we were happy at the time of check out having our minds not missing the atmosphere at the place that had just finished. We are thankful to sai skanda staff and I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to kukke.
