Excellent stay in this exclusive lodge!

I had the most beautiful stay in this lodge during my recent tiger safari in India. My tree house was extremely large with a big and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and shower (with adequate lighting) and a nice balcony. Wifi and airco worked like a charm, tea and coffee facilities with a jar full of cookies in the room and turn down service at night. However, my favourite part of the lodge was the lobby/restaurant section underneath a big tree. Table service lunch and dinner were elaborate with plenty of choices and far more than enough food was served. I also liked their non-alcoholic cocktail menu, I nearly tried them all. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and polite with special thanks to Rakesh who took care of me most of the time. It's about 10 to 15 minutes driving to the gates Bandhavgarh, depending on the gate. I definitely recommend staying at this lodge for your tiger safari.

Tucked into the wilderness with hospitality one cant forget.

We stayed only one night at the Treehouse, and for some reason, we needed to move back to the Kings Lodge, but we loved the entire experience. There are only 6 houses spread over 20 acres, so it's quite densely forested. The property is beautiful, and the room was huge, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the core zone. Though it was peak summer, we could spot quite a few birds.
What, however, makes this place stand out is the exceptional service. Ravi, the lodge manager, is warm and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We made a short notice, special request and Ravi, went over and beyond to make it happen. We really appreciate all the efforts he put in. The staff too is great, a special thank you to Rakesh from the restaurant and Bagvendra from housekeeping. Also a special appreciation for the way the safari vehicle was prepared - cold water and lemonade bottles in insulated bags made sure that we were comfortable through the heat.
We could only stay a night, but we will certainly be back for more.

An unforgettable trip

We spent 4 nights at Tree House Hideaway Bandhavgarh . The Tree houses are spacious ,the AC super effective in the 45 degree celsius heat , large kingsize beds , a large bathroom and a large balcony space . Only 6 treehouses in a very large wild open area , full of birds and the occasional langurs prancing on your rooftop .
The location is hardly 5 minutes drive from the Tala Zone ( the main zone ) and that's a huge plus as well . The food was simply outstanding . The chef turned out new dishes everyday and each one perfectly made .Shout out to Head Chef Sumer and his team of Ram Dayal and Sandeep. We celebrated a special occasion and the staff outdid themselves by creating an amazing atmosphere for dinner right there at the wilderness. Ravi and his team of Rakesh , Gaya , Anand , Aman , Ashish - Thanks for looking after so well . And of course our naturalist Pradhymna - who made sure we saw 10 different tigers across 6 game drives - what's more they were all quality sightings with perfect vehicle positioning and we got to spend an astonishing amount of time with the tigers . An unforgettable trip ! Bandhavgarh in May for tigers at Treehouse Hideaway was an amazing combination !

A Truly Unforgettable Experience

The lodge provides very spacious, comfortable and elegant accommodation. Each of the tree houses are spaced to provide you with privacy, yet close to the facilities.
The staff were all extremely friendly yet professional. Nothing was too much trouble and our stay at Treetops provided us with a truly memorable experience that I would totally recommend to anyone!
It feels unfair to single out any 1 particular staff member but a special thank-you to our naturalist Ashish who through his knowledge and expertise ensured we had some fantastic safari experiences.

Excellent lodge with a personal touch

We stayed for 4 nights in February, and absolutely loved this lodge. The location is great, being very close to three gates, and we thought the value was outstanding: the overall feel of the camp is very boutique-y (small, personal, tailor-made). The rooms are amazing (we were in Mahua) – spacious, spaced far apart, well maintained, clean and very well presented. The food was very good (including some great pasta options, for those who want them), and the service was outstanding (thank you to Rakesh!). [The only very small negative was some evening noise from outside of the camp, but given the location that is probably unavoidable.]
Of course the reason you come here is for the wildlife, and we were very lucky to have Naresh as our naturalist and driver. Naresh was outstanding, managing to be not only very proactive in creating a fantastic experience for us, but also very easy-going in his manner – it was a real joy to spend our time with him.
In addition to all the birds, butterflies, and langurs around camp, we also had some really great tiger sightings – more than 1 per day, and including some of the best of our whole trip. While staying here, I photographed 12 species of mammal, 44 species of bird, and 13 species of butterfly!
