Excellent hospitality and personal care – Kani Residency, Thoothukudi
We recently arranged accommodation at Kani Residency, Thoothukudi, for our family and guests who came to attend a wedding. We had a fairly large group, and coordinating accommodation, food and other requirements for everyone was not a small task.
We were very happy with the way the entire team at Kani Residency handled our group. From the initial coordination to check-in, stay and check-out, the staff were courteous, responsive and took genuine personal care of our guests.
A special mention to Mr. P. Sampath Rao, General Manager, for his personal involvement and for ensuring that the arrangements went smoothly. He was present at 4.00 AM at the hotel to receive the guests. Mr.Britto was also extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay.
We particularly appreciated their willingness to accommodate our requests and attend to the needs of our guests promptly. Their warm hospitality made our guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
The rooms were comfortable, the property was convenient for our requirements, and overall the experience was very positive.

Stay at Kani Residency
Our full family were there for our cousin's
daughter's wedding and the rooms were booked at Kani Residency. The location,atmosphere and their services at the reception counter are highly appreciable. Being vegetarians every one of us enjoyed their tasty food. Over all the stay over there and services rendered are highly commendable and value for our spending indeed.

Good Service
Good Location very easy to reach from Railway Station.
Excellent Atmosphere,feeling like living in , Appartment.
Service by the staffs are really appreciable stand First in my category. Second is the Hospitality and Rooms are excellent just felt like living in Home In my opinion I will recommend to my Friends and Relatives.

A comfortable stay with warm service
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The hotel staff truly stood out—they were excellent, friendly, and always ready to help, showing great hospitality throughout our visit. May Jesus bless them all.
The attached restaurant also served good food, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.
One suggestion worth mentioning. The granite steps at the entrance could be broadened a bit for easier access.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with warm and welcoming service.
