Very Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff Behaviour"
No towel was provided in the room. The guard entered my room at 7 AM without knocking, even though the door was closed, and asked me to check out. This was completely unprofessional.
During checkout, the manager failed to arrange help for my luggage even after 30 minutes of waiting. Later, while I was on the way to the temple, the hotel called and informed me that my luggage was kept on the road and asked me to remove my car from roadside parking.
Such rude behaviour and poor guest service are unacceptable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
