My bussiness trip to Vijayawada.

Booked this hotel online seeing few reviews, I stayed for 15 hours from morning 5 am to night 8 pm. it was one of the worst experience for me in this city. the reception staff is very rude with customers and the room allotted to me was A1 which was very untidy, there was no toilet seat, no TV , AC was not working , after many complaints receptionist assured to change the room once I return back from my meeting, When I returned at 7 pm neither they changed the nor were sorry for the plight of the room. Though they have not provided any amenities they charged full rent . this is the worst hotel in Vijayawada. I will never recommend this to any one.

Horrible stay

Booked this place for one night. This was a last minute thing and unplanned hence did not research before booking. Had the most terrible experience. Not a place for a family to go. Also the hotel management was very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
