Beautiful retreat.

Tour guide Karni was excellent, we really liked her personality, tourist guide skills, communication. I would definitely recommend her for everybody who wants to experience local food, tradition and nature.
Hotel was also really beautiful, and view from pools was amazing .

Great panorama walking tour

We did the panorama walking tour with Karni and I can't recommend it enough! She was a great guide who first showed us the traditional village, through to the rice fields and we ended up with 2 waterfalls. Along the way she showed us medicinal plants and was always ready with lots of explanations. Great trip if you want to hike and learn for half a day! 10/10 thank you Karni! ❤️

June 2026 stay

Overall, I had a wonderful time here. The staff were excellent and mostly spoke good English. The views from my room were breathtaking- a sky full of stars at night and, in the morning, rinjani towering above. The location is great- a very short walk to the waterfalls (which are a must do in addition to the panoramic half day tour with the guide Karni). A great value and probably the nicest quality hotel near Rinjani.

Best guided tour you can have

This was our 3rd hotel during our trip and what a great place to stay. We did the panoramic walk with our guide Karnii and she is the best. We visited a traditional village and she took us to her families house where we met her grandmother and her daughter and we really appreciated it. We went through the rice fields and to the 2 beautifull waterfalls. Saw some grey and black monkeys on the way. During the 5 hours walk Karnii told us all about the nature and culture which was great and we learned a lot about Lombok.
Service at the hotel was great and the view from the pool absolutey amazing.
Don't hesitate to go there.

Really amazing hotel for families with small kids. Extremely clean and beautiful view! Very friendly staff amazing food.
