Outstanding❣️

Ranggen is the best homestay! Lovely Iluh and her team went over and above in making our stay wonderful - so kind, caring and generous❣️The breakfast was yummy! The rooms are large, fresh and clean. The location is excellent - central and close to everything. We highly recommend staying at Ranggen. Many thanks Iluh

Owner less polite, minus attitude!!!

I took a guest to Ranggen yesterday and got a very disappointing thing from the local owner
1. It's a narrow road that's hard to get through by a car.
2. When I entered the homestay area I asked something about the road there, but suddenly the owner's answer was very surprising, suddenly he kicked me with a rude language, "MENDEP WE PANAK CANG NU PULES" silence you, my son is still asleep, but in fact he heated his vespan motorcycle with a louder sound!!!
3. When I was going out on purpose, he looked at me with a cynical look,
If you don't like me parking a car in your house, you just say it in a good language, tighten me not out of play, you do have power as a local but your decency or attitude should be preserved,
Enough this time I recommend this place to my guests, and I will share my experience of this to all the media.

A stay of 10!

What we liked most was the kindness of the owners and their charming little-month-old daughter. The breakfast was exquisite and the diversity of activities they propose are a success, and they also adapt to what you can propose. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very good. Plus, they have a beautiful pool to relax in.

Genuine Balinese Hospitality at its best

Ranggen was our favourite accommodation in Bali. We stayed 5 nights and had the pleasure of meeting Iluh and her beautiful family who made us feel warm and welcome. Ranggen is within walking distance of Ubud's main street and many local restaurants. Despite being close to the centre of Ubud, the accommodation is secluded, tranquil and relaxing. All rooms overlook a beautifully landscaped yard and a refreshing pool. It's a true hidden gem. Iluh was a great host and helped us organise many local activities around Ubud, from ATV and white water rafting to visits to local cultural sites and plantations. I would highly recommend Ranggen to anyone visiting Ubud.

Hidden Gem

We stayed at Ranggen for 5 days in August 23 and loved every minute of our stay. Right from the time I booked on line the communication from the family was great and from the moment we arrived we felt welcome .
The owners were always making sure we were happy and were only too happy to assist us as necessary. They really do care about their guests.
The home stay was spotlessly clean and very private and comfortable. Once you walk thru the gates the area is very private and quiet .
The pool and its surroundings was lovely and peaceful .
The staff were all so very caring and kind .
The location is very good with some nice Warungs near by and the Art market is walking distance.
We would love to return again when we visit Ubud next.
