Comfortable location, good rooms

Located near Surabaya Gubeng train station. Stayed here for one night in double room, it has new AC, TV and great view from the balcony on the skyscrapers in center of Surabaya. Water tap couldnt be closed and the flow continued to run under high pressure of Indonesian tubes. Shower worked not really well but hot water was available. Room was full of dust on tables and surrounding surfaces, looked like nobody lived here for monthes and employees never entered to check it. Overall I liked to stay here. A nice ability to see the night city from rooftop of the hotel presented me a really good mood and impression.

Receptionis dont have good atittude, room is also not recomend also their bathroom

Receptionist lack of smile and dont have a good attitude and dont have "customer oriented" mind..one of them even use capslock when chat at whatsapp

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights!
This hotel is cheap indeed, booked for 7€/night on Agoda, but you could find other cheap hotels nearby which way are much better than this hotel. The building is actually an old building and its maintance of the building is
The walls need to be painted (preferable paint the whole building), the Air conditioner was broken. You could not change the temperature. I moved to different floor because i thought upstair floor could be cleaner but the rooms were all the same! I booked two rooms: double and twin room.
Stay again?? N-O

need some improvement and care about the facilities

we found this place by the hotel app, we looked the nearest hotel from Gubeng train station of Surabaya , we realized that we came late in midnight and we were inform them.
it was 5 minutes by online taxi to reached this place , we were check in and direct to the room , the room was wide and we have room with some facilities like ordinary hotel. the bed was comfort, some furniture need to repaired or replaced , tv is work but the remote didn't work at all , in the corner still find unclean area. we went to the bath room , we didnt get shampoo or bath gel in the dispenser , but we always brought ourselves. Because our reservation didn't include with breakfast so we just walk in the front of the hotel , we got easy to buy some food from the food stall. if you need some ride , you can order by the online taxi like go jek or grab ... everything is easy...

No water for shower!!!

Please don’t go! The place is like home for Mosquito, staff are rude, no one keen to help you for anything. Dirty toilet, seems like hookers home base...seriously. Plus no water for shower, almost every time. Spent your money to stay anywhere else.
