They Turned a Negative First Impression into a Positive Experience
I stayed at this beautiful hotel twice during the past month — first for two nights and then again for six nights.
During my first stay, an unfortunate incident occurred at check-in that left me quite disappointed. In fact, it was serious enough that I considered never returning to the hotel and not recommending it to others.
However, I felt that the issue was likely the result of an individual mistake rather than a reflection of the hotel’s overall standards. Therefore, I decided to share my concerns with a senior member of the management team.
The next day, I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Rashidi, who listened carefully to everything I had to say. I was impressed by both his professionalism and his willingness to address the concerns I raised. Within a short time, most of the issues were resolved, and I could clearly see a genuine commitment from the hotel to improving the guest experience.
This positive response encouraged me to choose the same hotel again for my second visit, which lasted six nights.
I am pleased to say that by the time of my second stay, all of the points I had raised had been addressed and corrected. I truly appreciated the hotel’s responsiveness and customer-focused attitude.
