One year wedding anniversary
We had such a lovely night staying in the lake view rooms and had our three course complimentary anniversary meal in the restaurant everything including the staff were fantastic.

Excellent wedding hotel
We recently got married at the lakeside hotel in Killaloe. We had the most beautiful day and the staff were incredibly responsive and very helpful in ensuring our day ran smoothly. The food was delicious, bar service was excellent and the rooms were top notch. Catherine, our wedding coordinator and in-house celebrant was so helpful and kind. She made our experience so memorable and incredibly stress free. The lakeside is a lovely hotel and we are looking forward to visiting again soon.

One of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Superb location, room, dining, service and staff
Without a doubt and after many years of enjoying hotel stays both at home and afar, one of our very best and most enjoyable experiences ever. Superb location is enhanced by a large comfortable room overlooking the river Shannon. The staff throughout all areas of the hotel are a credit to the hotel. Everything is well presented and efficient. The food/dining options and portions are just right. The breakfast has to be complimented for the quality and choice of the ingredients too. Attentive, helpful and knowledgable staff. A perfect stay and well done to all at the Lakeside

Five Stars All the Way
We stayed at the Lakeside Hotel on Sunday night for the first time, and from the moment we arrived we knew we'd made the right choice. Everything about our stay was exceptional.
A special mention to Ken on reception, who gave us such a warm welcome. He was friendly, professional and made us feel at home straight away.
Our room was spotless, beautifully presented and so comfortable. Every part of the hotel was immaculately maintained, and there was such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The food was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented.
On Monday morning we visited the leisure centre, where Danielle was so friendly, chatty and genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. At breakfast, Beck greeted everyone with such warmth and kindness, and nothing was too much trouble. It's those little personal touches that make all the difference.
What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we met was welcoming, professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy looking after guests.
It's rare to stay somewhere where you honestly can't fault a thing, but that was our experience. A huge thank you to Ken, Danielle, Beck and the entire team for making our first visit so memorable. We'll definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Lakeside Hotel to anyone visiting Ballina.

Fabulous group lunch
Had a lovely meal in the lakeside yesterday for a baby shower - we had a lovely bright area in the restaurant and the staff were so accommodating. Thanks to managers Hugh and Thomas and the young girls serving us. Food was top notch and we had plenty of time to sit and chat after. Great hospitality from all the team!
