Clever and lying holder

Owner initially very kind and helpful, everything is managed remotely, we have not even seen it
The property is located in the restricted traffic area, we left photos of the license plate of the bike, but the owner has never sent it to the police and consequently comes a nice fine to pay
Asked for an explanation by the owner, of course it's not his fault, he fooled us by saying that you can appeal by filling out a form, which we are still waiting for
Then, he doesn't answer phone calls
Absolutely to avoid

You can't rent a house with those amenities!

Given that in Alba on the day we were (13 August 2025) were 35 degrees, in the house maybe it was even higher temperature and the house does not have air conditioning so we did not sleep all night! This in my opinion could already be enough but instead: not a small bottle of water on arrival, nothing at all, bed linen that I believe passed the war, consumed almost pierced and pure acrylic so even the bed was on fire but I could not sleep even on the sofa (for another always made on pallet boards) there was an impossible heat. The bathroom lacks the bidet, yes you read it right, the bidet and we are in Italy not abroad, not to mention the bathroom kit of course but that would have been the least important thing. Tiny shower and cherry: half a roll of toilet paper!!! (Searched everywhere but there was no other). In short, you do not rent a house in these conditions. Were it not for the cleanliness, the central and strategic location and the kindness of the owner I would have given 1.

TRUE DISHONESTY

I booked this apartment with booking. The owner without notifying us has placed us in another apartment called a coconut house. Apartment old and dirty. Entered the apartment that I did not book I immediately called the owner who with extreme arrogance told me that in the other there was a fault.After a heated discussion we conclude that he refunded me 20% and closes the phone in my face.
Refund never seen. I think you could call it almost scam.

Pingu and Pinga's house in Antarctica

We stayed in Alba to visit the family of our daughter's partner who are local. I'll make it short: we were in the cold, we could not take a shower in the evening and in the morning because there was no hot water, bed linen, sheets all creased, I smelled x understand if they were clean, it sucked! There was a kind of summer quilt that not even the newly disembarked Moroccans would have used... I slept with a pair of socks after adding a cotton bedspread, among other things full of hair, x the cold that there was... The owner blamed the possibility of the boiler gone into block but x me was smart because after leaving the rental and doing demonstrations to the manager, my son, who was still in bed, said that the radiators heated great and until just before they were freezing! Look at this...So: I strongly advise against it!!! Nevia

Disappointed.

The structure is very beautiful, inside a courtyard, practically in the center. The apartment is spacious and bright but very dirty. I suspect that the sheets on the double bed have not been replaced. The mattress cover, which serves as a sofa, is stained and dusty. The shower head, in the bathroom, with mold in the holes. The greasy kitchen countertop. The CURE is missing. Sin.
