Absolute tranquility.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature, with fresh and clean rooms, excellent breakfasts, and wonderful owners.

A weekend of Sicilian hospitality and excellent food in a marvellous manor

With my family we spent the weekend of 15-17 May in this fantastic manor. Ginevra, Davide and Francesca were splendid hosts who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The manor has a panoramic view over the countryside. It is extremely peaceful. There is a lake and various animals, including some exotic ones (an ostrich and beautifully colored parrots). Not too distant from the manor is Agrigento, with its Valley of Temples and the increasingly famous Stair of the Turks. Relaxing in the manor was our preferred option, pampered by our hosts who cooked delicious Sicilan meals for us and made us feel like special guests. The manor is tastingly decorated with Sicilian furniture and artefacts. The rooms are spacious with panoramic views over the countryside. Overall a wonderful stay and we will certainly return!

Discovering the Sicani mountains

We stayed with my family at this property from 25 to 30 August!
Nothing negative to report!
The owners very kind, helpful and attentive to our needs!!!!
The dinner excellent for quality and quantity....
Swimming pool, lake, cave, donkeys, ostrich, peacocks all very nice and particular in the open countryside in full tranquility with an atmosphere
Positive and relaxing!!!
Sincere thanks to all the staff you made us feel at home and made our stay very pleasant...
We will be back....

Not what we expected

We just got the wrong impression from other reviews. We were expecting a more standard accommodation even though in a farm setting. In fact the room was dark and claustrophobic as was the whole farm house . We didn't stay but others may find it accecptable. The lady owner was charming.

Siamo molto dispiaciuti di legger questa recensione.
La nostra non è una struttura che puó essere considerata standard e di questo siamo felice, vogliamo distinguerci dagli altri in modo positivo e lasciare ottimi ricordi anche quando le vacanze saranno finite.
Siamo soprattutto molto sorpresi che abbiate giudicato il nostro alloggio piccolo e buio..
Se solo aveste soggiornato da noi vi sareste resi conto proprio come gli ampi spazi e la luce del sole in ogni punto siano tra i nostri punti di forza.
Siamo sicuri che non avete sbagliato l’oggetto della vostra recensione?

Sicilian dream

We chose Ciuci’s manor on basis of excellent reviews wanting a retreat to unwind and explore. We were not disappointed. Ginevre and her family’s hospitality were second to none with nothing too much trouble. We were welcomed with a beautiful view, pool and fabulous home cooked food served with local drink. Views from the house and marble octagon temple were beautiful and made for yoga if inclined! The animals were lovely. The beaches and temples were special. But it was Ginerve’s touch that made this trip so special and relaxing . Thank you- we will be back with the kids next time.
