Fattoria La Pieve in Stribugliano we discovered it thanks to a video on TikTok. It is a true excellence, characterized by professionalism, attention to detail and an impeccable Welcoming that makes this place special from the first moment. Every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations, offering quality, authenticity and a unique atmosphere.
The beautiful swimming pool in the valley is a true piece of paradise that makes your stay even more special. Eating on the terrace during sunset is a unique emotion that remains in the heart.
A big greeting to Luca and Emiliano... keep it up, you are unique! With you we spend the days happy even in the saddest moments: keep making videos and bringing smiles, because you are truly unique.

Original and tastefully designed environment

Very nice and clean environment, professional and prepared staff. The outdoor room overlooks the valley and allows a fantastic view. The dishes prepared with care and with excellent products of the area, the wines produced by their company are excellent and with a wide choice. The swimming pool overlooks the valley, which is tastefully designed. Outdoor setting lawn and well-kept gardens. To try . We will return

Beautiful Pool, but Remote Location and Connectivity Issues

I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional swimming pool at this property, which was undoubtedly its standout feature. Among the pools I have encountered in Tuscany, this one truly stood out, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The panoramic view of the surrounding hills, especially during sunset, was absolutely breathtaking. The serene atmosphere and romantic ambiance made it the perfect place to unwind and relax.
On the other hand, the location of the property proved to be quite inconvenient. It is situated quite far away from everything, which meant that even a simple shopping trip required a lengthy 90-minute drive (to the shop and back). If you're seeking a conveniently located accommodation close to amenities and attractions, this might not be the best choice.
Furthermore, the hilly terrain made it challenging, particularly for families with young children, to access the swimming pool or even take a leisurely stroll. Unfortunately, there were limited options for walks due to the terrain. It would greatly benefit the property to improve accessibility and provide alternative routes for guests with mobility limitations or families with strollers.
We also encountered issues with the internet connection. Although Wi-Fi was available in the public areas, the connection was disappointing. It proved unreliable and was unable to support a Zoom call, which was particularly frustrating. Even with my Italian SIM card, the mobile signal was severely limited, regardless of the service provider. This posed a significant inconvenience since staying connected and communicating effectively is essential for many travelers.
In summary, this property offers an exceptional swimming pool, stunning views, and a romantic ambiance. However, its remote location, difficulty accessing amenities, and unreliable internet connection were notable drawbacks.

First class relaxation in beautiful sourroundings

We stayed in the Apartement "Letezia" which is a very big, two bed-roomed apartment. The sourroundings are fantastic and the newly renovated swimming pool area was a perfect playground for our daughter of 6 and her friend. They had a fantastic time there and we could relax just looking at her joy. The nearby villages of Cana and Roccalbegna were perfect for a (quiet) night out and a good opportunity to meet locals. In both villages there are nice restaurants of high quality.
The owner of Fattoria la Pieve, Lucca, is doing what he can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We would definitily come back.

Best in Tuscany

We've been to Tuscany 7 times and this is the best place if you like agriturismo and want to have total relax. Great views, great possibility to buy wine and olive oil produced by the owner's according to old recipe and with respect for nature, one the most beautiful private swimming pool I've ever seen.
And additionally value for money.
Next year (2016) it'll be our 5 times in La Pieve and for sure not our last one:)
