structure very close to the sea, and a stone's throw from the course of ascea marina, well furnished, excellent location that also allows you to get to marina casalvelino in a few minutes by car, super helpful and very kind hosts, great experience.

Disappointing

With all due respect for the room, which looks nice on the surface, multiple critical issues manifest overall, ranging from the air conditioner leak noticed upon arrival and not maintained, to the shower knob that keeps coming off the wall. In the evening, upon returning, we took a cold shower because the owners, very scrupulous about their own interests, turned off the water heater. Added to this is the fact that they view the Bed & Breakfast differently from "how they wrote on the site"; if you want breakfast, you pay for it per person at a cost of €6. When we contested this, the owner told us in a very deceptive manner: We do it to fight the competition! In any case, €125, which unlike hotels a little further away, guarantees parking (not on the street), breakfast, and beach service at a private Lido for €150. Bye, bye!

We stayed at the b & b Fresia in the period of mid-August... offers all the amenities you need, friendly and caring staff.

What can I say there are no words to the Processing received, from Welcoming to the services to the strategic location, I really remain speechless congratulations to the staff that does everything you need and puts you immediately at ease, nice spacious rooms and clean top food, fair prices.

Franco and Lucia were very helpful in accommodating us. The location, at least at the beginning of the month, was very quiet, despite being super central. Luxury restaurant at acceptable prices. We'll be back
