The iron in the room: a detail that makes the difference.
I ended up here by chance and was very satisfied! Great attention to cleanliness, to details (in the room there is even an iron with an ironing board, excellent for my last-minute work appointment!!!), to the guests... truly well done!!!

TOP experience.
This hotel is a real gem! There is a scent of cleanliness and great organization in every corner, inside and out!
Very pleasant atmosphere during the day and in the evening, so much so that, in the end, we spent both days inside the property, without even making it to the beach (which would have been very close anyway!).
The icing on the cake is the bistro: you can truly taste the Cilento flavors! A delight for relaxation (coming from the Roman metropolis), but also for the palate! Top!
Very pleasant atmosphere during the day and in the evening, so much so that, in the end, we spent both days inside the property, without even making it to the beach (which would have been very close anyway!).
The icing on the cake is the bistro: you can truly taste the Cilento flavors! A delight for relaxation (coming from the Roman metropolis), but also for the palate! Top!

Great disappointment compared to last year
For us, material things do not matter, but above all kindness, respect, and atmosphere.
Last year we had a great time here and were even thinking of becoming regular customers, especially since my partner's family lives in this area and we come here several times a year.
Unfortunately, this year we were disappointed. The quality-price ratio did not seem adequate to us. Breakfast offered almost only sweets and the hard-boiled egg was always cold.
The room also had several problems: the floor was often wet due to the air conditioning, some lamps flickered, parts of the bathroom were damaged, and the toilet seat was loose. I even hurt my thigh because of this. Moreover, there were obvious red stains on the white sheets, a detail that did not seem acceptable for a facility of this level.
On the first morning, until about 11:00 AM, we did not have hot water in the room. The problem was resolved, but the way it was initially handled did not convince us.
Last year my partner had a serious accident in the shower and had to go to the hospital. On that occasion, the staff was very kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. That is why we were disappointed not to find the same attention and friendliness this year.
We regret writing this review, but after this experience, we will look for another establishment for our future stays in the area.

La ringraziamo per essere tornato al Victoria Resort. Siamo sinceramente sbalorditi nel leggere questa recensione, soprattutto perché il Vostro soggiorno è tuttora in corso e si concluderà solo mercoledì prossimo.
Trovare accuse così gravi sul web, senza che abbiate mai manifestato il minimo disagio di persona al nostro personale presente in struttura H24, ci rammarica profondamente. Se le condizioni fossero quelle descritte, una struttura non potrebbe nemmeno restare aperta. Ci teniamo a ristabilire la realtà dei fatti a tutela della nostra professionalità e dei viaggiatori che leggono questa pagina:
L'unico dato reale: È il blocco tecnico temporaneo alla caldaia (collegata ai pannelli solari) verificatosi la prima mattina. Non appena ce lo avete segnalato, lo staff è intervenuto e la situazione è tornata alla normalità in meno di due ore. Questo dimostra la nostra totale prontezza nel risolvere i problemi reali.
Le richieste esaudite: L'unica interazione avuta sulla colazione è stata la Vostra richiesta di avere dell'insalata. Siamo stati felici di accontentarvi subito, inserendola nel buffet già dal mattino seguente. Il salato è sempre presente e, se aveste desiderato le uova sode calde espresse, il personale di sala le avrebbe preparate al momento in 5 minuti. Bastava chiedere.
Il controllo ispettivo in camera: Appena letta la Sua recensione, la Direzione ha effettuato una verifica immediata e rigorosa nella Vostra stanza. Il condizionatore non ha alcuna perdita, le luci funzionano perfettamente e il copriwater è del tutto saldo e sicuro (motivo per cui rigettiamo fermamente la nota sul presunto infortunio, mai menzionato in reception). Respingiamo con forza anche l'accusa sulla biancheria, che viene igienizzata e controllata rigorosamente prima di ogni utilizzo. Al contrario, abbiamo constatato che la camera viene lasciata ogni giorno in condizioni di forte disordine e sporcizia ben oltre la norma, ma le nostre governanti continuano a igienizzarla quotidianamente con la massima cura.
Scrivere falsità di questa portata sul web, mentre si continua a soggiornare fisicamente da noi e si rifiuta il dialogo diretto di persona, non fa onore al bellissimo rapporto che si era creato lo scorso anno.
Il nostro personale ha notato sin dal primo minuto un atteggiamento sfuggente e un sistematico rifiuto di qualsiasi dialogo o confronto diretto con noi. Non riusciamo davvero a comprendere questo comportamento, che sembra non avere nulla a che fare con l'esperienza del soggiorno, ma appare piuttosto come una deliberata volontà di colpire e danneggiare la struttura senza alcun reale motivo
Siamo in reception e rimaniamo, come sempre, a Vostra completa disposizione per qualsiasi reale necessità fino al giorno della Vostra partenza.

Excellent venue for a relaxing getaway
We spent the last weekend of July 2020 at the Victoria Resort. The experience was just excellent. The staff was welcoming, kind, and ready to accommodate requests and satisfy customers. The resort, conveniently located close to its private sandy beach (around 500m away from the resort), offers a cozy garden where you can either enjoy a delicious breakfast or spend your lunchtime or simply relax after a swimming session. Our room was clean and large. The management compliance with the anti-COVID-19 was commendable and guaranteed us a nice and safe stay.
