Recommended. Trying to believe!

I stayed for work for 15 days in this hotel and I would like to congratulate you because it was one of the very rare occasions when I found a really comfortable bed. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is not small. Breakfast is international and very hearty with self service drinks and buffet food. No lunch and no dinner. Very polite, professional and kind reception and cleaning staff. Ample parking. Convenient location, close to city center and train station. RECOMMENDED

Not up to a four star rating!

To be a 4 star I would like a little more! Comfortable but not large room, noisy refrigerator (it is not enough to put a note where it says that if it bothers you just turn it off...), non-existent bathroom fan (at the signal we are told that we do not hear it just because it is not noisy, too bad that washing all the moisture stays there!) Towels are changed on request.
Mediocre breakfast!
Questionable price/quality ratio!
With little you can do more!!

So-so

Convenient for parking and easy to find. The hotel looks pretty good and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, however, my room was not spotless, I found hair in the bathroom and dust, unfortunately being allergic, I suffered breathing problems. I did not report the problem because I only stayed one night for work and arrived in the room late in the evening. Too bad because a 4-star hotel should pay attention to detail and offer an adequate Service, plus because in this area it is not easy to find quality hotels

NO AC - NO REFUND 90 Degrees Handled Terribly by the Staff - Took €€€ and didn’t mention the AC is broken

I checked in. Paid in advance for the room. Entered the room and it was crazy hot - there’s no way a normal human can sleep in the room. The receptionist (who says she is the manager) did not warn me that the AC was not working. She took my money and gave a key. I returned to the receptionist and asked For a ReFund within 10 minutes of checking in. She totally refused to refund my payment. This is an example of awful customer service. 1) Why did she not tell me the AC was not working? And 2) why no ReFund? I didn’t sleep in the room. I found another much nicer hotel with working AC and closer to the city center.
I understand that AC breaks down in hot weather - I get it! But why the manager took my money without telling me the room is literally 32 C (95 F). And the. No refund?? Incredible.
