我们的房间非常干净，明亮，宽敞。 我的孩子们睡在蒲团上睡觉，我和我的丈夫在床上-都非常舒适！
酒店的位置和价格是无与伦比的！ 虽然 Sonagtori Ai 就在一切的中心，房间很很安静。 非常重要的和孩子们一起旅行的时候！ ！ ！ 我们一定会再来这里住的！ ！

first of all you have decided to book at the last minutes two days more (extra booking to pay less commission) and we have made totally free a room change (both rooms with view canal and privated bathroom in the same location, just few meters far away from each door!). Was the only one available for your last night.
We have made the change totally free because we're full booked the other ones! Whatever, always with canal view and in the same location, 35 sqm of room! I've made a beautiful check in and I've given to you all the recommendations of the city, reservations also for restaurants for free as you asked to us...
The city tax in all the hotels and touristic accomodations, also 5 stars has to be paid in cash, because is not for the touristic accomodation, or the hotel, is for the town hall of Venice! ALL B&B, APARTMENT, HOTEL 5 STARS, HOSTEL and so on need to ask and pay the city tax, dear! Is a tax for the city!
Is really sad that you have given to us this evaluation (this is the second time in 4 years of activity (with a middle evaluation of 9/10) and usually is an excuse for to make a damage to small locations like us... not big hotels!) Like I have explain to you when you have arrived, we're not a big hotel, we're a legal turistic accomodation where our guests-clients are not a number, just people and we remember the name of everyone.
Also I remember to you that your husband has arrived at 24,00 by night, and we have not charged the late check in of 50 euros (like is written in the rules of our location and also is written in our profile of booking). Whatever we're not a hotel... just a turistic accomodation... please it will be better for your next time to read the profile of the location that you're booking before you make care and read the information in the web portal! And we have also made the checkin for you the day after... we can not recommend to you to another places because I'm not rude, I'm a worker women with a lot of experience in this sector...
Good luck and please no come back in our place in the future! Without any dubt, if I could give to you an evaluation absolutely I can't recommend you to another hostels or hosting places...
