Simply spectacular!

Courtesy, kindness, and helpfulness are the characteristic traits of this hotel. Spotless room. Located near the Venezia - Santa Lucia train station (6 minutes on foot), it is ideal for your stay in the city. Highly recommended.

We paid for a deluxe room just like all the other people we were traveling with but got a small white box of a room while they got very large suites with lovely Venetian decorations. The air conditioning in our room left a lot to be desired. The worst part was we had ants in the room…on the bed, on the desk, the floor, everywhere. Told the staff the first night and they handed me a can of empty bug spray! Asked to move rooms and they’re sold out. Told them again the next day and was told they would let housekeeping know. Told them a third time and they said, oh I’m sorry and looked at me like what do you want me to do! We were not happy to say the least. There’s no doubt we’re taking unwanted souvenirs home with us! The breakfast was typical European continental. The staff in the breakfast area was great. Good selection of teas and really good coffees. The location relative to the San Lucia train station was great. The decor in the public areas was great. If you don’t mind tiny ants everywhere, go ahead and stay at the hotel. We won’t be back as we felt ripped off.

Rooms are very small with twin beds that drift apart all night long. Breakfast is minimal and noisy when a few loud tourist show up. Staff is very stand off.

It’s a very good hotel in a very convenient location. It’s a very short walk to busses, trains, vaporettos and a grocery store. It’s on a smaller canal about 100 feet from the grand canal. Couldn’t have been better.

Good location, comfortable bed in a large room.

Good location, within walking distance of the bus station, parking garages, and train station. Large room with charm and a good bed, very clean.
We experienced an incredibly severe storm in Venice and reached the accommodation completely soaked. After a hot shower, we asked at the reception if there was anything to drink, since there was still wind and rain outside.
No, there wasn't, neither wine, not even a bottle of water.
Although breakfast is served in the restaurant in the morning.
Very weak guest orientation.
