Not a legit company: committed fraud

Fraudsters: the agent photographed my ID and credit card and then helped herself to money from my account! I tried to report it to the owner of the company who never responded and my bank advised that this shows it's a sham company. I needed to report the fraud to the Italian consulate who have sent the report to the Venetian police. It's really not worth the hassle ... don't book this place, unless you wish to risk identity theft and being defrauded.

Dishonest and unreachable

I never made it to Venetian Mood Secret Garden. I had to cancel 3 days before due to my mother's health suddenly deteriorating ( she died) . They charged me for the whole stay, including daily taxes and house cleaning service! And never answered my subsequent e mails for an invoice so until today I have not been able to get a refund through my visa insurance.

RUN AWAY BEDBUGS

RUN AWAY, BEDBUGS !
First night in Central Salute (Venetian mood), fell face to face with a bedbug. 150 euros a night on the sofa
It took until the next afternoon to be offered a solution and put in another apartment that was not clean and possibly also infested
And they dare to pretend we brought this ourselves
They say they brought in a technician, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't true.
No time flexibility
Difficulty getting the deposit back: it was done ONLY when we mobilized booking
Personnel of monstrous bad faith who respond that when it suits them and liars:
-They say I warned them about the BEDBUGS the next day it's wrong: I did it the same evening
-They claim to have given me my deposit within 2h00 is false, it took more than 4h00 and the booking intervention
claim my picture of the bedbug found on the pillow is "generic"
No gestures, no financial compensation
With their lies and bad faith it leads me to believe that they know very well that their apartments are infested with BEDBUGS

THE MOST AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE ACCOMMODATION WE EVER CAME ACROSS!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The worst property accommodation you we ever came across! We booked with them through booking.com but they were rude as they have accused us of wanting to leave them a bad review before we even stayed at the property. Not answering messages. Never came to open us the door to the accommodation and then they proceeded to cancel the booking and kept the money! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

The location is difficult to access, having to climb over a 50cm barrier to enter.
The host did not make an inventory when entering or leaving, I sent him photos after our stay to show that everything was ok. She keeps my deposit because supposedly a tap was loose. Unacceptable!! I strongly advise against it.
