STAY IN TOTAL RELAXATION

Apartment located in a hilly area, super quiet and peaceful, with convenient parking. Despite his young age, Mattia is an excellent host, very attentive to us guests and always available to recommend places to visit or where to eat. The apartment is very well described; it has everything one might need. We stayed for two nights and rested very well, one of the few times we found a topper on the mattress. We had a great time; I recommend it.

An oasis of relaxation a stone's throw from the Cinque Terre – Rating: 10/10!

We just returned from the Residence Montebello and we can only give it the highest marks. It was an absolutely fantastic experience from every point of view!
-The welcome: feeling at home
The real added value of this place is Tiziano and his very young son Mattia. Two wonderful people, with a kindness and helpfulness from another time. They were always thoughtful and attentive to our every need, making us feel pampered from the very first moment.
- The property and relaxation
The residence is located in a wonderful position, nestled in the hills and completely immersed in nature. The atmosphere is one of absolute relaxation, ideal for unplugging. A note of merit for the pool: large, very clean, and super equipped with lounge chairs always available to enjoy the sun in total tranquility.
- The apartments: impeccable comfort and cleanliness
The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary (and even more!):
-Complete amenities: Sheets and towels included.
-Ideal climate: The house is cool even at night, but the presence of 2 fans ensures maximum comfort.
-Kitchen and Bathroom: Super-equipped kitchen complete with dishes and appliances; very nice, functional bathroom equipped with a very comfortable shower.
-Outdoor space: A delightful private little porch with a table, chairs for eating outdoors, and a practical drying rack.
-Location and logistics
The residence offers the peace of the hills but is not isolated at all: in just 7 minutes by car you can reach the nearest town, Ceparana, which is equipped with all services (supermarkets, shops, etc.).
-Note: you must have your own vehicle, which makes the property the perfect base for exploring the area.
From here it is very easy to reach and visit the most beautiful destinations in the area, such as the wonderful Cinque Terre, the splendid Porto Venere, or the island of Palmaria.
Highly recommended! We will definitely be back. Thanks again to Tiziano and Mattia for making our vacation unforgettable!

Great stay!

I leave this place with difficulty for the magnificent atmosphere we have breathed in these few days. Very kind and very helpful the owner, magnificent place with a view that I particularly loved. I loved the stone house, where my husband, my baby and our dogs were. I highly recommend . We will definitely be back!

Excellent residence to visit cinqueterre area

Residence is located on top of the Monte Bello. The apartments are tidy, well maintained, spacious and the area is a great place to relax. The pool is comfortable, as it gets hot in this area. The owners are great people and very helpful. We ended up with a flat tire and the owner drove us twice to La Spezia, so we wouldn't miss anything here. Only minor improvement point could be air-conditioning in the apartments, it gets quite hot during the day, thankfully at night it cools down a bit ;-).
In short a great place to relax while visiting cinque terre

Ideale per una vacanza di relax, da ritornarci!

Il Residence Montebello è un posto splendido: bellissima location, immersi nella natura tra vigne e uliveti, pace e tranquillita'. Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale in 4, 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi. È spazioso e i letti sono comodissimi, anche il divano letto che diventa un matrimoniale a tutti gli effetti. Pulitissimo e accessoriato di tutto il necessario. Molto gradito l'ampio giardino esterno e il patio attrezzato con tavolo e sedie! Supermercato molto fornito e ottima pizzeria a pochi minuti di auto. Posizione strategica per visitare le 5 terre e la Toscana, in meno di 1 ora si arriva a Viareggio e Pisa.
Disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari e della collaboratrice all'accoglienza.
